Fondue-Chinoise Preise und Details

Fondue-Chinoise wird auch "Steamboat" genannt. Es beinhaltet asiatische Fleischbouillon mit Sojasauce, Gemüse und Glasnudeln, dazu saftiges Poulet- und Rindfleisch in hauchdünne Tranchen geschnitten. Serviert mit hausgemachter Saucenpalette, Salat, Rosmarinkartoffeln und Thai Jasmin Reis. Zum Schluss wird die kräftige Fleischbrühe verquirlt und nach asiatischer Art genussvoll zu Ende gegessen, und nach Wunsch mit Sherry verfeinert.

Schweizer Fondue-Bourguignonne Preise und Details

Rinds- und Pouletfleischwürfel werden im heissen Öl auf dem Tisch frittirt. Serviert mit Salat, hausgemachter Saucenpalette, Rosmarinkartoffeln, frischem Gemüse und Thai Jasmin Reis.

Käse-Fondue (moitié moitié/halb-halb) Preise und Details

Besteht je zur Hälfte aus einer Käse-Hausmischung und Fribourger Vacherin-Käse
Das Fondue ist klassisch-zartschmelzend und enthält eine Knoblauchzehe. Das ist Natur pur!

Toblerone Schokoladen-Fondue

Die süsse Verlockung wird mit Saison Früchten serviert und bringt alle Gemüter zum schwärmen.
