フォンデュ・シノワーズはスチームボートとも呼ばれます。アジアの透明スープに共に薄切りの牛肉や鶏肉と共に野菜と麺が並びテーブル上の鍋をご自由にお楽しみいただけます。当レストラン特製のディップソース各種とタイジャスミンライス、サラダ、焼きジャガイモと共にお食事下さい。お食事の最後のほうには、濃くなった鍋のスープにシェリー酒を注いだスープもお楽しみいただけます。

ブルゴーニュ風オイルフォンデュ　Fondue-Bourguignonne お値段表（独語）

サイコロ型の牛肉と鶏肉をテーブルのオイルフォンデュ用テーブル上の鍋で自由に素揚げしていただきます。当レストラン特製のディップソース各種とタイジャスミンライス、サラダ、焼きジャガイモと共にお食事下さい。

チーズフォンデュ　Käse-Fondue (moitié moitié/halb-halb) お値段表（独語）

ご存知スイス名物のチーズフォンデュです。当レストランでは、特製ミックスチーズに、西スイスはフリブールの"Vacherin-Käse"というチーズを加えております。伝統的なにんにくを風味付けに使用しております。
