Mushroom fondue

Also called ‚vegetarian steamboat’. With asian bouillon and soysauce. The mushrooms - China Shitaki, morel, etc –are cooked the same way as in the traditional Chinese fondue. This menu comes with 8 home made sauces, fresh vegetables, chicorée leaves, noodles, French fries and rice. A nice sherry could be added to the enriched bouillon which is a delicacy to drink at the end of the meal. A party menu! not only for vegetarians.
