Fondue-Chinoise Цены и детали

Китайское фондю так же называется "Пароход". Это приготовлено мясного бульона и сои. Сочный цыпленок и говядина нарезаны на тонкие кусочки. Свежие овощи, рисовая лапша, картофель-фри и рис так же подаются к этому блюду.

Swiss Fondue-Bourguignonne Цены и детали

Нарезанные на кубики филе говядины и цыпленка, которое Вы сами обжариваете в специальном резервуаре с горячим маслом. Подается со свежими овощами, картофелем-фри и рисом.

Cheese-Fondue (moitié moitié/half-half) Цены и детали

Это фондю,в котором используется сорт сыра Вачерин из Фрибура. Наш Шеф-повар так же добавляет дольку чеснока для придания этому блюду более изысканный вкус.
