Fondue-Chinoise                                                                                 Prices and details

Fondue Chinoise is also called “Steamboat”. It’s made from Asian meat broth and soy sauce. Juicy tender chicken and beef is cut in thin slices and served with eight homemade dips. Fresh vegetables and fruits, rice noodles, french fries and rice go alongside or in the pot. In Asian way the guests drink the rich meat soup at the end of the dinner. Sherry will be added on request. Oh tasty!

Swiss Fondue-Bourguignonne                                                            Prices and details

Diced beef and chicken fried in oil. We serve them with eight homemade dips, fresh vegetables, French fries and rice.

Cheese-Fondue (moitié moitié/half-half)                                             Prices and details

It’s a combination of our delicious Cheese mix and half Vacherin cheese from Fribourg. The cook adds a hint of garlic to this delicacy of soft cheese. Take care! The cheese should not boil.

Chocolate-Fondue

This sweet temptation is served with fresh fruits and brings all minds to dreams.
