Was bedeutet ChiBouChee ?

CHI - steht für Fondue Chinoise

BOU - steht für Fondue Bourgignonne

CHEE - steht für Käsefondue

Chibouchee wird in einem speziellen dreiteiligen Caquelon (spezieller Fonduetopf aus Steingut) serviert. Damit kann man das multikulturelle kulinarische Abenteuer antreten und die besonderen Geschmacksrichtungen miteinander geniessen. Wer die Fondues lieber einzeln essen möchte, erhält sein Chibouchee nacheinander in drei verschiedenen Caquelons. Unsere Kreativköche empfehlen dazu die Chilisauce auf dem Tisch und zum Käsefondue die traditionellen frisch gekochten Kartoffeln.
